PHU HIN RONG KLA

Tourists journey to this National Park, also known as Phu Hin, to marvel at the natural formations of lan Hin Pum – a field of nodulated stone lumps roughly equal in size and Lan Hin Taek – a field of broken rocks. Growing in the crevices of these rocks are various plant species including mosses, ferns and ground orchids. After a rainfall the lust greenery that blankets the park area can only be described as profusion. The three kilometer natural trail to Lan Hin Pum can therefore be managed effortlessly especially since it ends with a cliff that serves as a superb vantage point from which to take in the scenery.
The National Park also abound with cascading waterfalls like Man Daeng Waterfall that parallels with dense forests and in the only area to find two rare orchids one pink and the other bright orange. Rom Klao Paradorn is a smaller water fall with moss covered rocks dotted with picturesque tiny white flowers.
